At Capita India, as Director – Operations, Nilanjan led service delivery for some of the largest and well recognized global brands, in the telecom, financial services and insurance domains, who have regularly received awards from their respective industry bodies, for outstanding customer service (made possible through the efforts of the teams in India). Nilanjan is the founder / Director at True East Solutions, working closely with several mid-level family-owned businesses on aspects like growth strategy articulation and execution. Our role is to work in concert with the owners of these businesses to enable significant value creation and sustainable profitable growth. Nilanjan is a qualified accountant with an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management, (Northwestern University), Chicago, USA.

Bakhtiar Narielwalla is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, and Business Development, backed by a strong educational foundation from XLRI, Jamshedpur, where he earned his PGDBM in Marketing. His career highlights include serving as National Sales Head Retail at NIPCO Plc, managing a $53 million retail sales operation across 200 petrol stations and LPG skids. Known for his strategic leadership, Bakhtiar has successfully led large teams, navigated complex logistical challenges, and driven significant revenue growth. His expertise extends to customer management and government liaising, reflecting his ability to operate effectively in diverse business environments. At True East Solution, Bakhtiar is leveraging his extensive experience in Marketing and Sales to develop and execute the ‘Go-to-market’ and overall international sales strategy for all the Partner companies.
